Andorra Telecom is undergoing a diversification process to obtain new business channels. The company’s articles of association and legal framework, approved in 2014, allowed us to become a public limited company with solely public capital and further our internationalization and expansion into new activities beyond the traditional business model.

The Strategic Development and Innovation Department is entrusted with the task of prospecting the market and developing new products and services to expand the company’s sales catalogue. The implementation of the first national cloud and the pioneer fleet management service for vehicles are two examples of the work performed by this department.

Meanwhile, the new law allows Andorra Telecom to establish trade agreements and strategic partnerships and adopt positions with national and international companies so as to develop new activities and create synergies for the benefit of both parties:


The ESPIC International Contact Center is the result of our strategic partnership with the Catalan company MST Holding (Medios i Servicios Telemáticos, SA).

Avatel Telecom

In October 2017, Andorra Telecom will take a new step in its internationalisation process, with the purchase of 37% of the shares of Avatel Telecom.
