Andorra Telecom

Two large broadcast stations located on the Carroi and Maià peaks ensure Frequency Modulation (FM) radio coverage is received throughout the territory. Andorra Telecom, as part of its function of public responsibility, guarantees the dissemination of publicradio broadcasts, and those of neighbouring countries considered to be of general interest.

Our task, however, covers other areas, such as managing radio broadcast space and the coordination of frequencies used by international organisations such as the International Telecommunications Union (ITU).

The strategic importance of FM goes far beyond that, given its consideration as a primary means of communication in case of national emergency.
