Andorra Telecom participates in the première of the new Star Wars episode
Star Wars fans won’t have to wait to see episode VIII of the saga: The Last Jedi. Andorra Telecom has invited two hundred and fifty of its customers to the première, which will start at 00:10 on Friday at the Illa Carlemany Cinemas. The tickets have been allocated through prize draws on social networks and at Andorra Telecom’s sales office.
In parallel to the screening, Andorra Telecom and the Friki’s (Freaky) Association in Andorra have planned an event in the Vivand area, in front of the Illa Carlemany shopping centre, starting at 9 pm.
Star Wars: The last Jedi is the 8th episode of the film saga created by George Lucas and Lucasfilms, which this year celebrates its 40th anniversary. The story, which continues directly on from Star Wars: The Force Awakens, has practically the same cast with the exception of some noteworthy additions such as the participation of Benicio del Toro and Laura Dern and a few absences, among which is the actor, Harrison Ford.
This new episode has been written and directed by Rian Johnson while J.J. Abrams has taken on the executive production.
