A start-up to promote the digital transformation of the real estate sector enters Andorra Telecom's NIU
The project has been planned in three different phases with the aim of becoming, in its first phase, a tool that makes it possible to cut the search times for flats of a real estate agency by doing an online filtering.
Mr Camacho presented his project to the media on Tuesday, accompanied by Miquel Gouarré, head of the NIU.
“It is an effective platform for companies and professionals in the real estate sector as, through a 360º virtual tour, we can fast filtering in the search for flats and carry out a virtual visit,” said Camacho.
The project is currently in the growth phase in which it has the help of a mentor who guides these steps, and it is expected that the start-up "Pictour" will be on the market in about 6 months.
The business model is based on the subscription of professionals and companies in the real estate sector, to be extended later to companies in the construction sector, town and city councils and governments and, in a third phase, to individuals as well.
Miquel Gouarré welcomed this start-up "which focuses on a sector like real estate that has always been very strong in our country and which is predicted to continue to grow in the coming years".
Finally, Gouarré remarked that, despite the pandemic situation we are experiencing, the NIU continues its activity of supporting start-ups and entrepreneurs by promoting entrepreneurship and innovation in Andorra.
