Alastria, which groups together companies and start-ups from the neighbouring country, is offering its network and collaboration

EMAP and Andorra Telecom have signed a new commercial collaboration agreement for the management of the entire telecommunications network
Vallnord – Pal Arinsal has signed a new agreement for Andorra Telecom to manage the resort’s telecommunications services relating to connectivity, the telephone service, the WiFi network and the internet. The aim is to optimise the internal maintenance tasks of EMAP and therefore offer a better service to the final customer, Vallnord – Pal Arinsal

This new alliance will allow Vallnord – Pal Arinsal to continue with the resort’s digital transformation: from its daily operation in its internal team in the development tasks to the innovation of the services offered to its final customers. With this new strategy, EMAP will obtain a unified, more stable and more efficient communication network, and most importantly, one that is more secure for the team and for customers.

This new relationship will allow Vallnord – Pal Arinsal to continue with its transformation in the digital sphere. The main objective of the Massana resort is to consolidate a communications network that is more stable and robust in order to offer customers a better service. Andorra Telecom is currently the company with the most comprehensive and specialist know-how for making this type of agreement possible.

The agreement will include improvements in services, equipment and devices at the Massana resort. From now on, all the maintenance and management of devices will be managed by Andorra Telecom in order to improve the profitability of the internal team and improve the speed and management of devices. As for Vallnord – Pal Arinsal’s communication networks, they will be unified in order to obtain more comprehensive information about all the services they offer. Lastly, in terms of services, the resort will be able to offer products that are more personalised and adapted to the needs of its customers.

This is a collaboration that will allow Andorra Telecom to expand its services strategy to ones that are personalised and adapted to the requirements of companies, and at the same time allow Vallnord – Pal Arinsal to focus on the needs of its customers and offer better quality.
