Andorra Telecom

The email service forms an integral part of the public responsibility functions of Andorra Telecom. This free public email service, created by the National IT Centre of Andorra (CNIA in its Catalan initials), an entity of the Andorran government, was transferred to Andorra Telecom in 2004.

This service was created to facilitate the arrival of new information technologies to the citizens of Andorra and foster their connectivity. The domain has traditionally been related to the country's brand image and given it a great deal of popularity, proof of which can be found in the 14,000 working accounts. Among the main characteristics of the email services is the 1 GB total capacity of the mailbox, which enables attachments of up to 20 MB.

Each day handles approximately 1,900 emails and receives an average of 5,000. Users of email can manage their mailboxes using their normal programs or through a specific webmail.
