Our desire to enhance the quality of our customer service and to seek continuous improvement has led Andorra Telecom to implement an Integrated Management System. The main purpose of this system is to achieve customer satisfaction while maintaining as close an alignment as possible between the features of the services we offer and our users’ expectations. In other words, the company wishes to have its customers in mind in all its activities and processes.

The application of the Integrated Management System entails the commitment of all our departments, both those working directly with external customers and those devoted to internal tasks.

The commitment to quality has been confirmed in 2017 with the obtaining of three international certifications in quality, occupational safety and environmental management.


This is the highest benchmark in terms of quality. Not only does it endorse the internal processes and customer satisfaction, it also offers tools for continuous improvement. The ISO 9001 standard provides the infrastructure, processes and resources required to help organisations control and improve their performance and lead them towards excellence.


This certification is designed for organisations committed to the safety of their personnel and the workplace. The OHSAS 18001 is an internationally recognised occupational health and safety management system which helps to protect the company and its workers. It is geared towards risk identification and control and the adoption of measures to prevent accidents.


This is an international standard which establishes how to implement an environmental management system. It is designed to minimise the impact of the activity on the environment. Andorra Telecom has developed an environmental management plan which includes environmental aims and goals and the policies and procedures to achieve them, a definition of responsibilities and employee awareness.
