Andorra Telecom has formed part of the Observatory of Sustainability of Andorra (OBSA) Trust since its creation. The OBSA is a private foundation and research centre whose main purpose is apply research to projects related to the social, economic and environmental sustainability of Andorra.
The aim of such studies is to provide different agents within Andorran society (the public administration, the general public and private enterprise) with its results and tools that allow them to support policy planning and decision making in confronting the range of issues of the most interest to the country.
The OBSA has a cross-disciplinary team of researchers, as well as a network of both domestic and international partners, specialists in the many issues that encompass each of its projects.
Along with Andorra Telecom, the Trust includes the Julià Reig Foundation, Forces Elèctriques d’Andorra, the the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services, the University of Andorra and the Institut d'Estudis Andorrans.
