The project has been planned in three different phases with the aim of becoming a tool that provides information about candidates in a recruitment process. “It is a very effective application for company human resource departments since it allows them to verify whether the applicant's professional profile meets the criteria requested by the company for that position, providing an additional criterion of quality in traditional personnel recruitment processes,” Martín notes.

The first version of the product will provide information from a scanned handwritten letter. "It is an artificial intelligence program that interprets a subject's personality through graphology," he explains. In the entrepreneur's opinion, the analysis of this information will then allow for 30 per cent greater efficiency of the recruitment process. In successive stages of development of the tool, this percentage will increase to 80 or 90% improvement by the product's 3rd version.

Martín has been working on the project for some time. The steps are now aimed at hiring two employees, a programmer and a designer, to be able to start marketing it after the development period, which Martín estimates in seven months.

Raül Martín, who was accompanied in the presentation by the director of the NIU, Miquel Gouarré, highlighted the role that the business incubator/accelerator has in promoting start-ups. “It is an ideal place for new ideas to emerge, with an environment that facilitates the exchange of experiences and knowledge, the support of specialists from various fields to guide you, and also, and this is very important, the possibility to present the project to investors”.

Miquel Gouarré, for his part, mentioned that the NIU, in addition to being a platform for the promotion of entrepreneurship, showcases Andorra as a place with professionals who have an innovative vision and the ability to use technology to create new businesses.
