The NIU has ended the period for startups in the country to submit projects to take part in the Millonario Master Minds business summit, set to take place on 17 and 18 July at the Hilton Hotel in Barcelona. A total of around twenty projects have been submitted.

Miquel Gouarré and Marta Ambor, Managers of Andorra Telecom’s NIU, gave a very positive assessment of this figure, which underlines the relevance and opportunity that this business summit represents for entrepreneurs.

A committee made up of independent professionals in the field of entrepreneurship, incubators and operators will launch the process of evaluating and selecting the projects submitted. This project is divided into three phases. An initial analysis, which will be carried out by members of Andorra Telecom’s NIU team and the operator, a second financial evaluation and a final selection filter in which the NIU team and the Millonario Master Minds organisation itself will take part.

Gouarré, Manager of the NIU, recalled that “being eligible to attend this summit is a great opportunity for startups, as they’ll be able to explain their business projects and ideas to a panel of internationally Frenowned investors and experts.” The incubator’s Manager also explained that all the projects submitted will remain linked to the NIU and those that are not finally selected to attend the Millonario Master Minds business summit will still be able to prepare in the incubator to take part in other research funding events and rely on the mentoring and support team provided by the NIU.

Marta Ambor, the NIU’s Coordinator, confirmed that all the projects it has received for participation in the Millonario Master Minds meet the requirement of being technological, and now the committee will evaluate other aspects to select the most suitable projects that are aligned with the requirements of the business summit.

The incubator will present the selected projects next June.
