20.000 users have already downloaded the Andorra Telecom app
Allows users to consult different products, update services and control the television decoder,
Downloads of the Andorra Telecom mobile application reached 20,000 last week. This figure includes downloads onto Android phones (44%) and iPhones (56%). In addition, it is worth noting that the percentage of monthly use of this app stands at 75%, in other words, 3 out of 4 users log in at least once a month.
The Andorra Telecom app, fully developed by company employees, enables users to check consumption and invoices, subscribe to services, interact with the TV decoder and top-up pre-paid cards, among other features. The latest developments include access to the private section by means of fingerprint or face recognition and the addition of a news channel on which users can follow the latest company news.
